	On September 12th, at 0930 hours, two male suspects were charged with larceny, metal theft of copper wire at 124 Hermosa Dr SE. Suspects, Norman Lucero 07/1983 and Tiemothy Adam Armijo-Tosa 01/1987 were caught at a vacant house tearing conduit copper wire off the residence. Surveillance is available and both male suspects were in custody with evidence on scene. Norman Lucero is a Spanish Male Adult, bald and was wearing a white tank t-shirt. Timothy Armijo-Tosa was wearing a black facemask, a black baseball cap, a black shirt and black pants. Mr. Armijo-Tosa does have a transaction history, last dated on 09/12, for copper. The estimated total of loss is unknown.
