On August 28th, between 0400 hours and 0630 hours, a resident stated her roommates ex-boyfriend vandalized their electrical box pull two electrical wires causing a power outage. Later on in the day, both the roommate, Jessica Chavez, and ex-boyfriend, Aaron Perkins DOB:02/14/1983 arrived back to the property. Mr. Perkins has been summoned for a misdemeanor larceny. Both individuals were ran on LeadsOnline, Mr. Perkins has no metal transaction history but Ms. Chavez does with the last year.
