On August 30th, the Albuquerque Police Department was dispatched to 5301 Central Ave NE regarding individuals on site of the vacant building. The individuals forced entry causing damages to the door. One male individual, Benjamin Etherton was located on the third floor where he was wearing electrical gloves in preparation to work on live electrical wiring. The female, Samantha Etherton, Benjamin's wife, was located on the fourth floor. Both Benjamin and Samantha Etherton are avid metal recyclers with an extensive transaction summary. The total value of loss is estimated at $2,000.
