	Between August 1st (1900 hours) and August 3rd (1231 hours), the Doctor Detail and Priceless Cuts located on Juan Tabo Blvd NE were victims of a commercial burglary. Doctor Detail had severe interior damage. The unknown suspect(s) gained entry removing taking the wrought iron guard on the window causing the glass to break. The wall mounted heater located inside the building was removed from the wall. Multiple electrical panels were damaged and breakers were pulled out. The wiring was torn down and copper plumbing lines in one corner were cut but too heavy to remove. The overhead electrical wiring and light fixtures throughout the building were pulled out. Priceless Cuts arrived on the property witnessing a white male adult walking off the property holding with copper in hand. One owner confronted the WMA who denied having any knowledge of the incident. The WMA had dirty blonde hair, a beard, and wore khaki shorts and a tank top. He was talking on the cell phone and appeared not to be homeless. The owners discovered damage to their AC units and wireline wire which were also exposed. The total value of loss is estimated at $38,500.
