	On July 13th, around 0532 hours, an security guard at the property of Cafe Instanbul witnessed an unknown male suspect damaging the electrical box and cutting copper wires. The security guard confronted the unknown male suspect, who was in possession of bolt cutters. The security guard then attempted to pepper spray the suspect who guarded his face. The unknown suspect raised his bolt cutters to the security then pulled out a firearm and proceeded to threaten the security guard. The unknown male suspect then ran off. The total value of loss is estimated at $1,000. The security guard described the male suspect as a Hispanic Male Adult, 5'10", around 160 lbs., slight facial hair, wearing light colored clothing.
