On 04/03/2026 at 2350 hours, a male suspect approached the maintenance office belonging to the Villa Esperanza Apartments. The male suspect was slim built, wearing a beanie, a long sleeve shirt, and pants. He proceeded to exit the maintenance office with a dolly loaded with materials. The items missing included copper fittings, adapters, gate valves, couplings and various pipes totaling at a value of loss at $796.60. Other items missing were a portable power washer, a paint sprayer, a Craftsman grinder, a red Dollie, DeWalt walkie talkies (6x) with a charging station and belt clips, a trash can, and cleaning supplies. All items together are valued at a loss of $3,440.60.
