	On 10/07/2025, around 0900 hours, a Comcast employee witnessed two male suspects (around 40 years of age) on the property of 1920 Columbia Dr SE. One male suspect, described to be a Caucasian male adult accessed the roof to the business and proceeded to damage the AC unit. This male suspect tossed the AC components down to a second male suspect described to be a Hispanic or Native American male. The second male suspect proceeded to load the AC components into a Maroon/Dark Red Honda Odyssey with a NM Chile plate then left the property. The total value of loss is estimated at $10,000.
