On 09/18/2025, between 0300 hours and 0430 hours, an unknown suspect damaged fencing to a construction site located on Avenida Cesar Chavez SW to gain entry. The unknown suspect appears to have committed the commercial burglary alone. The unknown suspect then entered the back door by breaking the locks and proceeded to steal $8,000 worth of copper wire, a wheelbarrow, three boxes of drywall mud and a trashcan.
**The same construction site was hit with another commercial burglary two weeks ago, 09/04/2025.**
