Back on 02/16/2025, between 0435 hours and 1735 hours, an unknown suspect(s) gained entry onto an industrial property located on Karsten Ct SE. The unknown suspect(s) accessed the rooftop of the property damaging two HVAC units, both remote terminal units located on the east and west side of the property. One unit, 12.5 ton and the other, a 7 ton. The compressors to both units were destroyed and all copper wire was stripped. The total value of loss is estimated at $40,000.
