On 05/13/2025, a civilian of a neighborhood located on Van Cleave Rd NW reported an identified subject was loading several motors belonging to Master cool air-conditioning units into a vehicle. The civilian attempted to intervene but was unsuccessful. Ine identified subject did relay she was going to "scrap the motors". These motors are known to be all-copper wound. The identified subject had 6 3/4hp motors in her possession totaling a loss of $1500. No surveillance provided.
