	Aluminum UBC's Below info is as received from Freight Broker assigned the load: Lancaster Police Dept/Report #24-422688 /Officer Robinson Below is a summary current issue with Schupan Load # 7200082790 \| Surus Load # 31464-32601 October 9th: • On Wednesday the 9th, Surus contracted carrier MAG Carriers to haul shipment 7200082790 from Lancaster NY to Muscle Shoals AL • All driver info and ETA for pick up was provided by the dispatcher who inquired about the load October 11th: • Load was marked ‘Picked Up’ in Turvo (Surus TMS) per MAG Carrier dispatcher’s update. • Surus received signed BOL from carrier, attached above. October 14th: • At 11AM EST – Surus requested an update on delivery ETA. Carrier responded their driver was 5 minutes away from delivery • At 1PM EST – Schupan says load has not arrived. Surus again reaches out to carrier, and told driver is 20 minutes away. • At 2PM EST – Carrier confirmed their driver was on site. Schupan again clarifies the driver has not arrived. • From this point moving forward to present, carrier has stopped responding to calls and emails. No visibility to where the shipment went. MORE DETAILS: • On Monday when we started to get red flags something was wrong – we were able to figure out this load was booked with a fraudulent email, dispatch@magcarriersinc.com o This is a fraudulent actor representing as a dispatcher for MAG Carriers. We have confirmed with MAG that this person/email is not affiliated with anyone at their company. o We have also confirmed the driver names/numbers provided to us by this actor are not legitimate MAG drivers. They have not answered any phone calls or tracking requests. There are four attachments above. The first is the signed BOL. We received this from the fraudulent actor once driver was loaded, and receiver from Yasika who received from shipper.
