200 feet of copper welding lead covered with black insulation, described as one aught wire.

Additional Comments

Welding lead cut from welder sometime overnight from Thursday February 25 into Friday morning, February 26, incident reported on Monday March 1, 2010. Welder had been left outside at rear of industrial building. Wire appears to have been cut by a saw as opposed to a bolt cutter or similar tool.
